Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Gordon came out properly less than 2 hours after I rang the company. He very quickly replaced the broken bands on our garage door and got it working again.
Not necessity the cheapest, but booking to arrival of the engineer was less than 3 hours! He did a great job, sorting out my jammed door and fully lubricating everything. It now works better than it did before it jammed !!

I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company.
